David Fyfe
Consultant
David, our founder, has more than 40 years of experience working in the financial services profession. He obtained a first class honours degree in mathematics at Sheffield University before joining Yorkshire-General as an actuarial student in 1972. He then joined the company’s sales force and became life branch sales manager. David set up his own business in June 1993 and in April 2002, Fyfe Financial was formed.
When David’s career in financial services started, the profession did not have the best reputation. However, he has always believed in providing sound, good value advice and has often been described as a “safe pair of hands” by clients. David stopped advising clients in December 2012 to focus on the management of the business.
